What we accomplished

1.

Completely re-wrote and launched iOS app within 8 months of engaging. Met internal development standards for test coverage, code quality and development transparency and created a stable and maintainable code platform for the strategically critical mobile channel.

2.

Augmented mobile product teams across 3 products including iOS engineers, Android engineers and QA engineers. Allowed flexible development of new roadmap features to proceed in a challenging recruitment market for permanent staff.

3.

Trusted and open communication style leading to 4.5 years of renewals and support culminating in transition to 100% internal development team when the business needs were met by existing resources. Provided mobile technology reporting on an on-going basis to allow the product teams to keep abreast of platform vendor developments.

4.

Capitalised consultancy spend allowing development of new features as Capex while controlling internal business-as-usual Opex associated with a permanent product team.
