Goal

Administrate’s professional services team approached Bemo to temporarily scale up their ability to build client-led custom integrations against their existing core platform API.

With existing development partners maxed out Administrate needed a reliable and ready-to-go development capability with experience of working with flexible requirements against commercially sensitive deadlines.

 

Deliverables

  • React & Node.js + QA

  • Standalone ad-hoc project teams

  • Integration via existing public APIs including containerised servers to handle mediation between client and core systems

  • Continuous delivery setup using existing Docker deployment model

  • Flexible engagement which included augmenting core product team on a project

What we’ve accomplished:

 

1.

Delivery of multiple professional services integration builds working with Administrate Project Managers and the CTO to define and deliver micro web-app solutions to create bespoke integrations against the existing core platform API.

 

2.

Standalone web integration team allocated on an ad-hoc basis against a pipeline of projects including front and back end web engineers and QA engineers. Size and scale of team scaled up and down in-line with strategic priorities. Allowed on-going delivery of professional services sales pipeline while other partners were maxed out.

 

3.

Delivery of a core platform roadmap feature working as part of a blended engineering team including hosting Administrate engineers in the Bemo office for a period. Enabled the flexible resourcing of the core roadmap where the priorities required it.

 

4.

Trusted and open communication style leading to an extension of the initial 1 week Statement of Work to several engagements over a 1 Year period.
